Townsville Airport aims to ensure passengers with accessibility requirements are able to travel as comfortably and as trouble-free as possible. Accessible car parking bays are located within the Saver and Select car parks, close to the terminal. Accessible toilet facilities are available in the arrival and departure lounge areas.

Changing Places Bathroom Facility‍

Townsville Airport is proud to offer a Changing Places facility, designed to provide people with disability and high support needs access to suitable, safe, and private bathroom facilities. This facility is equipped with a height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a ceiling tracking hoist system (please bring your own sling), and additional circulation space. The Changing Places bathroom is located in the Domestic check-in amenities area. Access requires a Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK).
